Well, it isn't and it's not and you can if you choose to close your eyes and pretend...
There are times when I wish I could, when I wish I didn't understand the things I do. Times like this are really those times when ignorance would truly be bliss.
..and what is stimulating about the stimulus plan? How do you spend yourself out of debt? etc, etc, etc. The change I believe in just hasn't happened yet.
